Most of Studio Vert pictures will have an animal on them somewhere. From mad flying geese to old Mother Hen to the occasional dragon, it is difficult to resist some animal magic.
But our favourites have to be the cats. Something about their personalities makes them such great subjects. One minute lovable and cute, the next aloof, moody and even a shade mad, bad and dangerous like our friend across the page.
The other great thing about animals is just when you think you have them tamed, they turn round and remind you who is boss (pity our poor show jumper!)
