 Whether it be board games, movies or books dragons have a perennial fascination - mostly for the male of the species it has to be said. .
Some of Michael’s inspiration for his pictures with a dragon theme derive from a visit to the Forbidden City in Beijing in the late 1980s.  Some of his earliest work reflects the drama and mysticism of oriental dragons.
Lone warriors can also be the stuff of male alter egos. Some choose the path of the virtuous dragonslayer. Some choose the mysteries of the dark knight.  Or do you yearn for some tournament jousting?
